“Chuck and Danielle were great to work with. I live in Bellingham but have a property in Glacier and needed a very large tree taken down. Chuck went by the property and Danielle sent me an initial quote. He then met me on a Saturday and gave me a verbal quote for the tree and some additional clearing work that I needed done which was followed up with the written quote. It took several weeks to get HOA approval to remove the tree and they were very patient scheduling the work. When it was finally scheduled for a Friday, Chuck and his team showed up and quickly and neatly took care of business and so that by the time I showed up after lunch, they were done and gone. I paid online and mentioned that I would like the stump cut lower and Chuck went back and took care of it. As I said, they were great to work with and I would certainly use them again.

“A breath of fresh air! A massive branch came down in a windstorm and fortunately it caught another branch so the heavy butt end hung suspended 30’ in the air above my roofed deck in back, with the smaller tip branches sitting on the roof. During the storm I did a Google search and requested a response from this site: sure enough I got a call 5-10 min later and Chuck was there in 20 min viewing the problem. He gave me a verbal quote, which he fully honored after the work was done. Old-fashioned and a very pleasant experience not to be tangled up in contracts and disclaimers.
